1509 Concord Ave. Cloquet
My newest listing isn’t exactly Duluth Real Estate but it’s not that far away either. Cloquet is about 20 miles south of Duluth on I-35. It is a small city located on the St. Louis River and a wonderful place to call home or so I am told by the inhabitants.
The house of course is why I am writing. This is one of the nicer foreclosed homes I have had the opportunity to list. The homes on this block and throughout the area have a very high pride of ownership. As you look around you see homes and yards that are well kept.
This home features 4 bedrooms 1.5 baths, nicely finished hardwood floors, a den or office space as you would wish it to be, an entryway with a closet, formal dining room and the kitchen has been updated with new cabinets. Also there has been some new plumbing installed.
I was in the house today and I have to say after all the rain we had yesterday the basement was dry. There wasn’t a drop of water anywhere. Now this is just your basic basement in a house built in 1926. It won’t ever be a finished basement it will be the basic basement, good for storage and washer dryer and work area.
So while I am typically writing about Duluth Homes. I am proud to have the chance to sell what I think is a good home in the city of Cloquet, Minnesota
