I’m not always thinking about Duluth Homes. To get a little enjoyment out of life I like to take pictures. The one above was taken on Labor Day weekend 2006 at Lake Nebagamon. I watched 14 newborns come out of a very small hole in the ground. I watched for about 8 hours as they all eventually made their way to the lake.
It’s that time of year. Winter is coming. As a member on the National Ski Patrol at Spirit Mt., myself and many others locally are getting ready to spend some time on the hill. Here is to hoping everyone has a safe and fun year.
It is hunting season but these geese don’t seem to be afraid of me and my camera. Many Canada’s spend the fall on the beach and in the bay on the other side of the point in the fall.
A few winters ago we had large numbers of Great Gray Owls wintering in the area. Apparently there was a lack of food in the far north as we rarely get to see these Owls locally. Especially in large numbers. For a time it seemed like they were everywhere.
I can’t help include a sunset picture over the lake. It sure is fun to share the pictures but I guess I’ll have to get back to Duluth real estate where it concerns my blog. I’ll have some new posts coming up in the near future. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Come back and visit soon.
