This is a great house on 5 acres just minutes south of Superior. As you’ll see in the video there a large front and back yard. Located on a dirt road with good separation from the neighboring homes. Good privacy is also provided by a line of good size Red Pine Trees.

As you come in the front door there is an area for leaving your shoes and a closet to hang your jacket. Turn to the right and head to the Family Room where one of the fireplaces is located. Beyond here at this end of the home is a bed and bath. Continuing on to the rear of the house are the Kitchen and Dining area . Here is a 20 acre hobby farm just waiting for the perfect people to come along and make it home. The house is in need of some updating but the kitchen has been done. There are two bedrooms and plenty of storage space. One bedroom is on the main floor with the other upstairs. The master bedroom can be used as is but does need flooring and some other finishing work.

The exterior is maintenance free with vinyl siding and a very nice large deck to enjoy those nice summer days that we can hardly wait for this time of year.

Out the back is a pretty big barn with pens and a shop area in an attached building. Beyond the barn there are corrals for the animals a couple other out buildings and a lean to.

Just listed at $99,900 the property is located at the end of the road and offers almost complete privacy. It is a little bit of a distance from Duluth Real Estate but not to far to commute for work.

Piedmont Bungalow For Sale

This Duluth Home is located at 2602 Springvale Rd in the Piedmont Heights neighborhood. It actually sits on Ethel but the address is Springvale. It features three bedrooms and 1.75 baths, a full basement, ample garage space, a shop, a shed, and a very nice yard. It really is a classic example of Duluth Real Estate Especially for the location. While it does need some TLC this is a good solid home.

With a lot of storage space from the garages to the shop and the basement. the 3rd bedrooms could also be used as office space and possibly should be called that as it does not have a closet.

As you will see in the video. As you enter the attached garage the other end is open to a second garage attached to it. The second one is about 1.5 car size. Then to the left of it is a good size shop area. The garages are attached by a breezeway between them and the house.

Morgan Park Bungalow

Two Bedrooms and one bath home in the Morgan Park Neighborhood is a great example of what Duluth Real Estate has to offer. Hardwood on the main floor with the exception of the kitchen where the linoleum could use an update. That is about the only thing that does though. Check out the video for a good look.

1509 Concord Ave. Cloquet

My newest listing isn’t exactly Duluth Real Estate but it’s not that far away either. Cloquet is about 20 miles south of Duluth on I-35. It is a small city located on the St. Louis River and a wonderful place to call home or so I am told by the inhabitants.

The house of course is why I am writing. This is one of the nicer foreclosed homes I have had the opportunity to list. The homes on this block and throughout the area have a very high pride of ownership. As you look around you see homes and yards that are well kept.

This home features 4 bedrooms 1.5 baths, nicely finished hardwood floors, a den or office space as you would wish it to be, an entryway with a closet, formal dining room and the kitchen has been updated with new cabinets.Also there has been some new plumbing installed.

I was in the house today and I have to say after all the rain we had yesterday the basement was dry. There wasn’t a drop of water anywhere. Now this is just your basic basement in a house built in 1926. It won’t ever be a finished basement it will be the basic basement, good for storage and washer dryer and work area.

So while I am typically writing about Duluth Homes. I am proud to have the chance to sell what I think is a good home in the city of Cloquet, Minnesota
